JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:
1. The claimant was not dismissed as she resigned and accordingly her complaint of unfair constructive dismissal is dismissed. 30 2. The claimant’s complaint that the respondent breached sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010 was withdrawn at the Hearing and is dismissed.
3. The claim is accordingly dismissed.
