30 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that:
1. The complaints of failure to make reasonable adjustments and harassment do not succeed and are accordingly dismissed. 35 2. The complaint of unfair dismissal succeeds and the claimant is entitled to a basic award of One Thousand, Eight Hundred and Sixty-Two Pounds and Ninety-Seven Pence (£1,862.97).
