JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims all fail, and are dismissed.

REASONS 35 1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 20 July 2023 in which she complained that she had been discriminated against on the grounds of disability by the respondent.

2. The respondent submitted an ET3 response form in which they resisted all claims made by the claimant.
