JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant was not unlawfully discriminated against by the respondent on grounds of age. The claim is dismissed. 30
REASONS
1. The claimant submitted a claim to the Tribunal in which they claimed that they had been unlawfully discriminated against on grounds of age.
