JUDGMENT The claim of failure to make reasonable adjustments fails and is dismissed.

REASONS

1. By a claim form presented to the Employment Tribunal on 3 December 2021 the Claimant brought complaints of unfair dismissal, disabilitydiscrimination, sex discrimination and ticked the box for another type of claim saying, “salary affected”. The Respondent resisted all claims.
