JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the tribunal is that –
1. The Claimant suffered an unlawful deduction from wages and the Respondent 30 is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £5,790 (gross).
2. The Claimant is entitled to statutory holiday pay and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £2,643 (gross).
