1. This case came before me for an open preliminary hearing to determine whether, at the material time for the purposes of his complaints (1 November
ETZ4(WR) 8000056/22 Page 2 2021 up to and including 30 June 2022), the claimant was a person possessing the protected characteristic of disability by reason of dyslexia.
