JUDGMENT

1. The direct race and religion discrimination complaints at 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 of the List of Issues are dismissed on withdrawal.

2. The complaint of indirect sex discrimination, the direct race and religion discrimination complaints at 2.4.3, 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 of the List of Issues, and the complaint of direct age discrimination were not presented within the applicable time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. These complaints are therefore dismissed.
