PUBLIC HEARING JUDGMENT

1. The respondent must pay the claimant the sum of £13,456.30 (net) for unlawful deductions from wages in respect of the claimant’s salary for the period December 2022 to June 2023 inclusive. The respondent must account to HMRC for tax and National Insurance Contributions payable on the gross salary.

2. The respondent must pay the claimant the sum of £1871.54 (net) for unpaid accrued holiday pay up to the date of the termination of employment. The respondent must account to HMRC for tax and National Insurance Contributions payable on the gross salary.
