REASONS

1. This was a sad and difficult case. We started with 5 full lever arch files of documents, running to over 3500 pages but not in chronological order. During the course of the hearing, we received many more, almost daily, totalling hundreds more pages, ranging from the results of subject access requests to comparator documents and undisclosed emails and texts between the claimant, her union rep...
