JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 25 The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims fail and are dismissed.
REASONS 30 1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 29 February 2024 in which he complained that he was unfairly dismissed by the respondent, and subjected to sexual harassment contrary to section 26 of the Equality Act 2010, as also to a breach of contract.
2. The respondent submitted an ET3 in which they resisted all claims made by 35 the claimant.
3. Further and better particulars of the claim clarified that the complaint being made was fundamentally one of sexual harassment, the claimant lacking
17 more sections not shown.
