JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL
1. The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant was unfairly dismissed, the procedure that was followed falling outside the range of reasonable responses open to a reasonable employer on the facts of this 25 case.
2. It is not just and equitable to award any compensation. The Tribunal finds that the claimant’s conduct was such as to justify her dismissal (and that the basic and compensatory awards be reduced by 100%).
3. The claim in respect of wrongful dismissal is dismissed, the claimant having 30 repudiated her contract of employment entitling the respondent to dismiss her without notice. 4102759/2023 Page 2
